Have you seen the price of wood these days?! Wood is the premium shit! Carbon fiber is for poor people

Yes, lol, I'm a cabinet maker, losing money one bid at a time these days. Need to start building cabinets out of carbon fiber, lol.

Well, very nice high end plywood you have there. Shame you painted the face of it, should have clear lacquered it to show off what you really have there, 9 ply.

Looks tidy!

That's a lot of fuses! Are the kicker amps not internally fused?

what speakers?

6x 4" speakers
6x 6.5" speakers
1x 2ohm 10" sub
2x 12" sub

Separated into 3 different zones.

what size power cable are you using from the battery to the amp rack? and how long is the runs?

6ft run, 2ga

I can't tell without my reading glasses, is that thing on the level???

Its leaning up against a wall. Itll be going into a hole where it'll never be seen again and will be pulling air from an air conditioned area.

Looks tidy!

Not that I can tell. And if they are, they're unserviceable without tearing the amps apart.

I don't like my lights flickering. Please share if there's a better way.

No arguments there, wasn't really possible with everything going on behind the amps on this one tho

if you keep the cap make sure you kill the power in between when storing. Those electronic caps have a nonstop small current draw even when the system is off. I would just add more batteries if needed.

I added some more zip ties; wires and cables too.

The amp board is fully wired and 1 channel is fully wired up to the speakers (6x 4") in the "garage". Im hoping to get the other 2 channels completely wired tomorrow including the LEDs (6x 6.5", 2x 12", 1x 10") in the "shop" and the "pit". I also have to hang a TV and get it talking to the head unit.

Sorry! I took a few days off to go through the back end of a houseboat and I had to participate in the hauling and launching as well. Then it was the weekend and beer took precedence.😜

Shes just about finished. The amp board is in its final home, all the speakers and subs are hooked up, and it's louder than the live music venue down the street. All thats left is closing up the holes.
