sell it for the price of the new tires and call it a day. That trailer can be used by somebody that's willing to put in the effort. The worst rust appears to be in the fenders and steps. Easy to replace. It could be converted into a flat bed as well. Sandblast and get to work modifying to meet ones plans/needs.

Leave it where ever it currently sits. Not worth the risk of tetanus. They say that is even worse than the Corona virus.

How are the axles? Where are you located and what do you want for it?

Tow it to a metal recycling yard and take what they're willing to give you in scrap pricing. Or list it on CL for a few hundy and it will sell quickly. Someone's always looking for a trailer with a title, regardless of condition or appearance.

I would pick it up if the price is right.... How much do you want for it?

No idea .... don't even have a number in my head frankly. I figure I gotta do something with it when boat goes next week.... In my mind the right guy will examine those pics, come look at it in Newport Beach and make an offer ... that's how it'll happen. I don't see a Havasu guy making the trip for this but what do I know.

1. No idea, not a tech
2. Newport Dunes RV park
3. Don't have any idea of its value in the least. Motivated buyer will go look and define value.

Looks like an Extreme
Not quite... as I understand it Magic made these inhouse in the 2006 era out in Havasu. I do however see NAS markings labeled near tongue. I believe a fellow RDPer mentioned Magic built these inhouse during their heyday.

Sell the wheels and tires, cut it up for scrap, tale the cash you get for scrap and buy a couple pizzas. Make sure you wait until there are some good coupons though so you can get a couple.

How are the axles? I’ve got an extreme that I think has a frozen front torsion axle. Sounds like the bidding has been set at 400.

No clue....Had a guy drive up from San Diego, he knows trailers apparently .... unfortunately he thought the boat was off it so he couldn't jack it up and survey the condition of the bearings etc.... so I learned to hold off any real prospects until boats gone next week. If bearings are bad it'll burn up driving down the road, lol. I had no idea. This'll be like most of these things in that anybody really interested gets over to look at it after seeing pics. Then we go from there on $. Basic process.

Grind off any markings and donate it late one night to the Mohave Desert.

$400 is a good deal. Take it and run. I had a Longer Trailer in that condition and basically cancer ate it from the inside out. Had a new one built and I found a guy picked it up from the builder and took it for scrap. I took two wheels for spares.

Might go like that, still too early to know, just keeping process simple. Craigs getting some hits too. I'll see if the guy from SD who looked at it today comes up again once boats gone.

Some one will buy it for sure. If not sell axles, or wheels and tires. The VIN is probably worth something too. $400 in hand isn't too shabby either.

Make sure and cover your ass on the bill of sale. State that trailer is cracked, rusted throughout and deemed not safe for road travel. Trust me there’s some people that will put a boat on it and haul it to the marina 5 miles away or so. When it comes apart you don’t want anyliability of that situation.

Here’s how mine looked

I once had a boat trailer in similar condition. I spent years keeping it going. I cut it up with a sawzall into small pieces and threw it way.

The posting on Craigs getting hits today.... maybe 7 inquiries asking typical how much, whats your lowest you'll take for it, etc... and these are dudes that haven't even gotten off couch to inspect it. Serious folks go look and then negotiations get done proper. Kids today. More updates as we go.... I hear the replacement cost on one of these tubes is ~8K.

Two guys drove down from SacTown last night and grabbed it at 10PM and turned around heading back home... I wrote up a "Don't Call Me" contract , got signature and $2K. Unbelievable LOL. Gotta love this market.... and to top it off the friggin lights worked when he hooked it up. Go figure... still pinching myself this morning.
