How much did you lower it? Makes all the difference in the world to close up that gap. Now-a-days people think you can throw a set of huge rims on your shit and you're set. Just doesn't look right if you don't take the extra steps to finish it like you've done.

I'm too practical to lower a truck like that myself, but damn it looks good.

I did a 4/6 drop kit. It has spindles and springs in the front. Flip kit with a 1 inch lift shackle and helper bags in the rear. Rides like a caddy and will haul anything.

leave the mirrors as-is. the black with the black window, black trim, etc it all flows.

only thing i can think of is that the tires look a tad bit small. did you keep the original diameter?

What did you do to clear them? I assume you pulled the lights apart and removed the reflectors.

They are 22's with 265/40/22. They are slightly larger then stock.

How did you get the orange inserts out?
I remember on my '01 GMC I heated up the corner of the lens with a blow dryer, pryed the housing open and the orange piece would fall out.

I had a 2000. On those you could buy the clear ones on Ebay for $40. On the nnbs you have to cut the glass off with a dremel and silicone it back on.
