If you are looking to flip you better have the customer ready such a small community that wants a flat ( I live in that community) the pictures are hard to tell what the hell is there and the condition of anything... bottom, stringers etc. If you always wanted this hull and you are prepared to spend money its a good buy.

It might be a bitchin boat, just need more pix and some questions answered. Cofooters boat "Pud Pounder" was a real piece of crap and to see it now.

That is a gigantic money pit. Even if you did ALL the labor yourself, 10 to 15k I'd guess for just the mechanical. To get it to look right, that's a whole different story.

Far away, if you were near it buy it and make a little profit selling parts. However, if anyone is thinking of buying it, you will spend more money getting it into good shape and running than you could buy a good shape running flatty. I would not waste my time on it.

Its funny, I spotted a flat on OfferUp a couple of nights ago, rough shape but had most of the hardware. Guy wanted $300 for it. I thought if that wasnt ever a mouzer special.
