I was wondering what the material that is on a day cruisers cabin sides?
It looks like wood grain Vinyl tape, or could it be gealcoat?
This would be on a 20.5 ft cruiser.
The reason i would like to find out the material is I want to know what to apply condition or polish to use.
Thanks PJ

It’s a cloth with wood grain printed in it. Laid in the mold over clear. Some of the cloths aren’t made anymore and are impossible to repair.

Thank you , what can I put on the cloth to protect it?
What not to put on the cloth,
will gel-coat polish or wax harm it?

You would treat it like you would standard gel coat. It’s a cloth under the resin.
