What is the turning angle of a Bravo

Odd question I know, but I have a problem. My boat has never turned very well to the left at idle. I decided to look at it last night and discovered that the external assist ram is preventing it from swiveling to the left because of the ram length and placement. Before I purchase a new ram and move the existing lines I thought I would get a baseline on how many degrees a standard bravo swivels.

You may want to call latham marine, They are steering experts in the marine industry, so they probably would know what the turning ratio should be or how to find the answer within their department.
