Need to find some spare screws for the bimini.
I've been on McMasterCarr website for an hour... wtf are these called?
I suppose I could go down there, but I'd rather not.

If thats for a deck hinge and you remove it a lot you might want to go to a hinge pin.

Not sure where you are located, but Rail Makers in Costa Mesa sell individual parts, stuff for Bimini's. Not sure if they are open on Saturdays?

Here's a few other options to consider too if you'd like to order some,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-BBT-Brand...lder-Screws-/301880596243?hash=item46497c5713

Here is Sea-Dog's part numbers, http://www.sea-dog.com/groups/1184-rail-fittings-replacement-parts

Sea-Dog's part numbers didn't seem to be coming up under West Marine's website like it did for iboats as an example, http://www.iboats.com/SHOULDER-SCRE...030330--session_id.859412491--view_id.1387591

Another thought would be just about any local "production" type boat dealer ship should have some laying around the shop/parts room too.
