What are you guys using to wipe down water spots after boating all day. I've been using Hot Sauce, wanted to see what is everyone else using.

Times 3 ! ceramic coating makes boating easy!

I’m on a toon and 30-40 minutes by myself and a couple coldies and it’s done! The AC in the garage doesn’t suck either

Driven Quick Spray Concentrate.
I have been using it for 15 years on the Hallett as well on my 1967 GTO.
A lot of my friends like it as well. When friends stay at our house I never say no you can't use it.
I now buy in bulk. :)

Are they coating the toons too, or is Sharkhide still the king there?

just buy a gallon of Blue Mist. In a spray bottle put a 50/50 mix with RO water and you have your own sauce that works great. Takes off all spots and gives you a little wax on it as well. Its my own concoction and I have used it for years.

I keep coming back to Hotsauce, it just has that right feel when you're wiping.

My toon logs are sharkhide but the motor and side panels are what takes the most time during whip down with the Frame for the side panels they are Cermaic coated

I'm a big fan of Performance Boat Candy, been using it for about 10 years. Spray it on, wipe it off with the water spots and it adds a wax coating at the same time. Easy, peasey, japanesy.

50-50 vinegar/distilled water with a cap of car wash soap in a spray bottle, works great.

Be careful with any product that has vinegar in the solution ingredients
I have seen vinegar solutions eat through silicone sealer.
I have also seen window cleaner stain highly polished aluminum.

YMMV

Funny.....a friend of mine had been using a mixture of water and vinegar for years and swears by it.

HotSauce is still the go to, no reason to change anything that’s not broken.

I still use the blue mist or zip from time to time.

Hot Sauce works really well. I’m interested in the new stuff I haven’t seen or tried. I was recommended Driven so I am gonna try that. I just used and old bottle of Quicky Sauce and that stuff is great.

Shinesupply for boat and truck. Inside and out. They have have a product for anything you need. Including holeshot for offroad toys.

I used 2 coats of their beadlock pro to ceramic coat the boat after using their cutting compound and polish. I use aftermath when I get out of the water and sunsetter for the interior. Aftermath does not have vinegar which will strip protection. Sunsetter has uv protectant for the interior and is not greasy. If the seats are bad I use solution diluted 10 to 1 followed by sunsetter for uv protection.

Hot Sauce purchase the gallon size, diluted 2:1 with distilled water. Presoak and wring out with 2x3’ micro fiber towel. Store in a Hefty bag sealed up. No streaking, loss product due to spray into the air and fighting evaporation. Walk the sides. 3 of us done in 5-8 minutes, looks show room every time out. Boat is going into 5th season, only had detailed once since new and most think it’s brand new.

Your cooler doesn't have DI water in it. Maybe filtered water (drinking water etc..). but it isn't gonna be DI.

I use meguiars. Tried ducky, hot sauce don’t like that way it leaves a film. Meguiars shines for days! Today I went to willow just wiped it with a damp micro using cooler water. And it was chiney!

Is this water spots from Colorado River?, Is that water that bad that you can't just damp a towel and wipe it out. I have never been on the water down there. I hope the water not that bad.
With good wax on the gelcoat I have not had any water spot problems.
I have always damp a towel and wipe it out any water spots where I go.

I use Babes boat Bright. I tried Hot sauce but it wouldn’t even clean the exhaust off the transom. And Babes is just spray on and wipe off clean.
