We weren’t buying much this past year as I’ve been furloughed for the past 14 months (finally going back May 30th). But we did buy this lot in Texas that we’ll break ground on next April. Retirement is getting closer!!

San Diego, Just south of 94. Not the greatest area, but it is improving...New housing going in up the block, new stores and shopping areas.

My retirement home. A half acre in Thousand Oaks with a 8 car garage already up and a guest house in the back. Might have room for most of my shit. Was wanting to buy a place in Havasu, but this came up and really couldn't pass it up.

Nice. What part of north TX? Wanting to add some property like that for a getaway.

Wife didn’t want to live on 20-30 acres so I got stuck on 1.4 acres in a community. Now wanting the dude ranch so I can get lost on.
Its nothing like @pkbullet and we're just getting started. Its in jacksboro.

For me, it was a motorcycle and gear for my grandson. Also a MTN bike. He calls me and tells me all about where he went and how the ride was, if I'm not there. Warms my heart. Also got me an Ebike and built another BMX bike. Fun times.
Cheers, Steve

Those burn great no doubt.
How is the heat output sitting around it?
Ive heard they dont tow out as much heat a single walled washtub, but of course those aren't nearly as cool and probably dont burn as well.

A lot less smoke than an open pit. You literally sit by it and don’t stink like smoke after. The longer you use it, and the more glowing coals it has in it, the better it gets heat wise. It literally turns wood into nothing.

My mom got one and we were sitting around it last night. Impressive to say the least [emoji1303]

Bought this today for my wife as a retirement present. She’d pulling the plug June 30 after 33 years in public education. She’s earned it. Her and 16,000 other California teachers this year have had enough of Covid bullshit.

Not as cool as a new car or boat or as fun as new boobs for the wife, but so far this air gun that kills house flies with table salt is up there on my list. It's the little things in life...!
