Somebody had killer carne asada either at or on route to the River/Havasu and I wanted to try it out.

Coming in for Fathers day weekend wanted to be kind to my buds.

Gave that place a shot 3 weeks ago.. Not sure wtf meat we got as carne asada that day.
That shit was tougher than shoe leather! Jaw hurt after 1 taco.. Maybe some bad cuts. Threw it all away. The pollo was really good though. The marinade was awesome... Ill give them that much
