I'm looking at 17" or 18" wheels and 35"-12.5" tires. 2500HD has leveling kit only, anyone know of the correct offset on wheels to avoid tire rub or if this is even possible? Thanks for any help.

I have an 03 with the torsion bars/keys cranked all the down. It came with 285/75/16's, front plastic was cut because it would hit, and I was getting some rubbing on the rear of the tire well as well. The 285 is a 33" tire.

Do you have this setup on your truck?

Yes I do.

You will only be able to run a 33''

i have seen a few trucks run a 34'' with just a new torsion key and upper arm

Your truck looks good. You can run a 4.5 or 4.75. Pushing them out just a little when let you run 35's with a minor valance trim. No need to touch the inside of the rear inner fender.

I don't like my wheels sticking out that far. on the hd drive trains if you run 4.5 or 4.75 your stuck out about an extra inch or so. also most wheel companies don't make the offset for 8 lug x 180
