I didn't read all the replies. Do not contact this guy, and for sure don't arrange to meet him.
In the last eight months three people have been murdered in Dallas by people making or responding to ads on LetGo or Craigslist.
I have a shop full of machinery and tools I want to sell, prolly $25-30K worth plus an almost new 5K lb forklift that has 280 hrs on it.
I decided I'm gonna pay an auctioneer to sell it. I'm not going to risk face to face contact with a couple hundred people, the 4% fee is better than getting shot.
