Get some big shrooms, butter and garlic in the pan. Cook till they soften face down. Low and slow. Then turn them over. They will develop a puddle in them. Then add this.

Smoked bird and smoked deviled eggs. Just using some left overs for enchiladas with homemade chili verde.

Eggs were on for 45, the came out rubbery. Tasted good. i think I would do them at a lower temp.I was at 275. Chili verde was Tomatillias, onion,garlic, cilantro and some black pepper. little salt.

Yep. Wsm. Skin was good. It's all in the prep. Rub the skin with your seasoning (with salt) the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight uncovered. The fridge will dry the skin and the salt will absorb into it.

I brined mine and cooked it in a bag in the stove until about half done, then put it on the Traeger to finish it.....came out amazing!!

Cold smoke what? If you ever need any advice, just hit me up. I'll answer what I can.

I am going to hard boil my eggs peel them and then cold smoke them
I have a million questions but I wouldn't want to bombard you with them. You do a great job with everything you cook

I will help anytime. I look up recipes on the inter webs and check out a few then decide what I'm going to do. I think the cold smoke is a better way. Hopefully less rubbery.
