Who drinks ACV?

With the fitness craze going on here at RDP, I Just wondering how many of you swig the ACV (on a regular basis). What were your results?

I drink it to help with acid reflux.

I’ve been drinking it for 2 years. I beleive it lowered my Cholesterol.

I drink a tablespoon, maybe a little more mixed in with about 6 oz of water. Just pound it, not the best tasting stuff but by far not the worst.

no results, just makes sense for preventative measures....

also, take in evening for acid reflux issue...
now that I'm seeing what I'm typing. Its probably best to take in the evening before bed....

I use it, however I find it best to just buy the tablets, no effort. They either come in gel, or capsule.

Good for removing warts too but not by ingestion.

Don't drink it undiluted, the acid is bad for the enamel on your teeth. Been drinking it for years. Worst taste ever. Oh, and it doesn't do you any good unless you get the kind with the "Mother" floaters in it.

A couple of tablespoons along with a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice in a Yeti tumbler of water will make it sipable. If you still have a problem with the taste add a packet of Propel lemonade. If you’re worried about the tooth enamel stuff, drink it through a straw.

Tastes and smells nasty but I do it sometimes

My wife drinks it everyday with hot water. It’s one of those smells that makes me gag. Can’t stand it.

I think it cured my copd…. now I go for a while with out it... but, notice I just feel better if I remember to take it...it brings the oxygen level up in your blood and I think that's what helps you fight stuff off... I remember when I was a kid, if you got sick mom would put it in chicken soup
