Who is still making Struts, Pillow Blocks and other Misc machine work for V-Drives ?

So I've been trying to get all my new V-Drive hardware together before I drop the boat and hardware off the get installed.

I heard that Bergeron isn't fabricating struts anymore or Cav Plate Turnbuckles, so who does ?

I need all new Cav Plate hardware and a new strut.

I follow Matt on Instagram and he makes very nice hardware. I’ve had a lot done by Mike King and feel he’s be a good choice as well for a strut. Lost track of him after he moved to Havasu. I bet if you asked around his contact info could easily be found.

Mikes around for sure, he’s the most busy retired guy I’ve ever seen! And no one’s allowed to call him until I can get my boat in there for some work!

FWIW after the demise of Glenwood I started checking "inventory" and discovered a lot of old "Vdrive stuff" lost in the midst of JBP for years , so far a dozen rudders of various sizes and shapes ... more to follow

There’s a fair amount of work that goes into each one but make a quality part. Stainless cav plate hardware is also available. Struts are built to order. Stainless turn fins are in stock. I could be wrong, but figure Mike has someone else make his struts. His installation work is pretty well above all others, I've known him since the late 70's.
