thats whats seems not right for me. People may have had a great year last year, have large expenses, paid a lot of taxes, now they have no income in 2020 due to the virus. And they don’t get shit.
Not a real glock fan. Good simple reliable gun though. I have a g20 for a camp woods gun. Considering a g48 as a carry also being I can target shoot it too but I’m a gun for every purpose guy.If we get anything I'm getting a new g26 for sure.
Maybe i should save it...My wife got laid off 2 months ago from a huge company after 16 years that shipped 400 jobs to India. Looks like we are about to test unemployment for the first time ever.
Nah...I saved and prepared I'm getting a new gun...hahaha

There are people all around me getting stimulus, PPP, extra unemployment and now we are on round two and I will get nothing again. I didn’t care until I heard the incarcerated were getting stimulus checks and then I got pissed. IMO if the incarcerated get it then they should give it to everyone who filed a tax return. Giving it to people that are locked up is a slap in the face to people who pay taxes regardless of their income.
When you have a great year, save for a bad year.thats whats seems not right for me. People may have had a great year last year, have large expenses, paid a lot of taxes, now they have no income in 2020 due to the virus. And they don’t get shit.
So in your example 1 person in LA is living above their means. Meanwhile 1 person is In Oklahoma where they can afford to live.I hear what you are saying. However $75000 and living in Los Angeles, you are still pretty much in the poor house if u are a recent homeowner and have to pay for your own car/ or medical/ have a family and your probably not able to save much. And you probably paid 30% on that money to taxes.
$75k in oaklahoma you might be living pretty good. I think it should have been a higher threshold. I’m ok with no handouts at all, “maybe you should have been smarter with your money” -LOF, can apply to all the people who are claiming they can’t make it without $600.
At $75k I agree, but $600 isn’t moving the needle.
Your example was someone over the $199k threshold in 2019, that is now bringing in little to no income. That is different than $75k.
At $200k If you don’t have at least 6 months worth of living expenses in reserve or stuff to quickly liquidate to get there, stop buying shit and save son money, ESPECIALLY if you live in LA. If you are struggling in LA because you want or need to live here, I would say that is not the rest of the country’s problem. Everyone has challenges, LA isn’t special.
If you are $600 away from being homeless in LA and your household brought in $200k last year, you probably should move (barring some crazy unforeseen financial challenges).
For someone in that category to actually have my attention and sympathy I’d expect to see 5 year old phones, and 10+ year old vehicles, etc. We both know that isn’t the case by and large.
So in your example 1 person in LA is living above their means. Meanwhile 1 person is In Oklahoma where they can afford to live.
So the government should candle the person living above their means. Got it thanks.
BTW this is going to hurt us much more than it will help us.
I believe in saving for a rainy day. I don’t expect anyone to help us.
Nobody should have got anything. In a way I think some people need to experience struggle and know what tuff times really are. In the long run it will help people become more responsible financially. And make people pay a bit more to politics and stop voting for people who fuck them over.I don’t think we’re looking at this the same.
I said I was fine with no handouts. I don’t agree on the low threshold for tax paying citizens. If your going to give out money, give it back to those who paid in, worked for it. Or don’t give it back at all. I would have pushed for a tax break in lieu of a useless cash payment.
Why should someone get $1200 when they made $50k and someone who made $75k get nothing?

I used to live above my means and thought I had it figured out. Then I had 2 life setbacks and was close to loosing everything. Best thing that ever happened to me.
Always pay yourself first. If you make $1000 per month and your expenses are $900 you don’t have $100 to spend. You put $100 in your savings.
Any primers in that stack??????I got 2000$ in ammo on lay away
Have you looked at the EZ Shield???? I don't own one but did get my hands on one at the gun shop.Wondering if I’m gonna buy a s&w shield or a sig 365.
Does she do work with trans-gender Pakistanis?A couple at my wife’s tennis club are very well off. She and her husband have seperate accounts, hers showing almost no income as hubby makes all the money pays the bills and taxes. They are probably worth we’ll into the 9 figures
She got a check.
No I was standing there and the guy asked about them and they didn’t have anyAny primers in that stack??????
Thats the 380 correct? i like the size of the shield and the 365 dont really want super compact the 2 im looking at is about as small as i want.Have you looked at the EZ Shield???? I don't own one but did get my hands on one at the gun shop.
Who received their 600 bucks? Since this barely covers fuel for most what are you going to spend it on?
It comes in a 9mm. I just checked so I wouldn't be lying to you. Several You tubes on it, same size as the standard shield I believe. I saw the shields awhile back and don't remember what cal it was but the slide was very nice, This past Saturday the gun shop said they've been selling like hotcakes in the .380, mostly to women.Thats the 380 correct? i like the size of the shield and the 365 dont really want super compact the 2 im looking at is about as small as i want.
I said it last time. I don’t exactly need one but I wouldn’t mind one either. My thing is this, yes the wife and I do make a pretty good amount. Yes it puts us well over the 230k or whatever the number was, but here’s the deal... we spend a lot too. House payment and Child care alone we are talking 6k a month. C’MON MAN!!
I’m going to have to disagree. I spent more on this house than chino but I’m hoping I’ll have a lot more equity when I sell this one. So I spent more to hopefully one day make more. As far as spending on toys and junk, we have done really good in that department the last five years. We basically have zero Debt other than the houses and boat. Nothing else has payments and we don’t use credit cards anymore. Child care, well my wife makes more than I pay so I don’t know, that’s the tough one. Private school that’s just to get the kids ahead. I’m more of a takes Money to make money guy. That’s why I don’t mind dropping the 6k for my cwi.Best way to make money is to spend less.

I’m just joking. My family and I are doing great and we are very fortunate. I hope anyone who’s struggling can use this money to help. In all honesty I’m not a rich person but I told my wife the first time, if we get a stimulus we need to give it to a family that needs it. As long as I’m able to keep working I’m happy. It’s all I know how to do.All about where you Live and how you Live.
No sympathy from many in here.

Lol we literally just did that. I’ve cut out some weekly spending habits to save about 400 a month. I’m saving that every month until I have enough to buy a truck. I kick myself every morning for not buying @J&k x-flight truck a few months ago.You are on the "Right" path, VIC.
BUT!! I'll bet you $100.00 if you and your Wife sat down some evening and wrote down Every dime you spend and Where,How and On What You could cut out a couple Hundred $'s Or More easily. When forced to Look Hard at Stupid B.S you spend money on each month it is not hard to make cuts.
Sooo....more drug testing on the animals.....noted.Plus the Covid Vaccine, before the majority of the Country.
