Seems $100k under market for a place with an RV garage. https://www.zillow.com/b/2115-palo-verde-blvd-n-lake-havasu-city-az-63yg3r/
There are churches in Havasu?Church parking lot right behind you? No way your sleeping in on a Sunday.
Just a few steps away! Save some money on IVs!There are churches in Havasu?

On a Main Street backing to a church and only a 12 foot door so technically not RV garage.Seems $100k under market for a place with an RV garage. https://www.zillow.com/b/2115-palo-verde-blvd-n-lake-havasu-city-az-63yg3r/
Decor over bed fits well with the near church location.
.
I do kinda like the big clock in the entry.

Slightly dated but overall doesn't seem "outdated". No more than a 5 yr old home would be. Styles/designs are always changing so it's to be expected.

Come on man, this isn’t SoCal there’s hardly any traffic here at night. The first thing I noticed was that it’s located at a T intersection, which means every car going down Nautilus Rd is going to shine their headlights right into the home at night. Those front windows are going to need blackout shades.
Why so cheap, damn. We owned that same model home off PV north LH Havasu Blvd., paid 193k 11 years ago, sold it for $217k a few years later and was stoked.
Seems like a good place to go meet tweeter chicks with $5 in one hand and a happy meal in the other.Church parking lot right behind you? No way your sleeping in on a Sunday.
