We just had them installed, the company came out and did measurements.

I went to Sunbursts showroom in Placentia. Gave them the rough measurements for a quote. 5 windows was about 3K. You can call them for a estimate also.

They said 10-12 weeks.

Dylan will come out and measure and go over options. You have 3 different materials options, and depending on window opening you may have to use different materials. Different borders, shutter size, and options vary.

order > install is around 10-12 weeks also.

If they install, you pretty much need to make sure they fit, so don't allow a company to build them unless THEY personally measured them.

The company that gave me the budget said they will have to come out to measure to give a firm price.

for my recent set I ordered from Dylan. I have him measurements to quote off of. Once we agreed to move forward he came and measured everything.

Lead time is 2-3months. Can be moved up but gets exponentially more expensive. I’m not in a huge rush so told him to take his time.

They have shutter "spring loaded" repair kits, that you can order on line. Very quick and easy installation for broken pins in the slats.

Not sure. I had him do my kitchen and living room when we moved in. And having him do the rest of the house now.

Not everything, some are made right here in the good ol USA, some even locally. Better quality than china. Custom colors and color matched too.

Depends....mostly on style, size quantity etc. Plantation style would be a bit of trouble to ship W/o some kind of damage but not impossible. Providing correct dimensions, mount type, swing/operation would require some good drawings etc. Just to name few challenges.
