cave-
thought you ran all winter long? I know it aint particluarly warm (72 aint bad though when everyone else is under snow) but the plus is the lake is empty except for fishermans. I hope to be heading to bartlett myself soon as I can get free of the daily grind.

In better times I did boat every weekend or at least twice a month. I have plans to visit Parker one weekend a month in 2011. If all goes well.

December has always been a recovery deal for me. January maybe a few times out to get the Sitting bugs out of the boat. February used to be the 1st get together but last year was tough with all the crap in Bartlett.

Might skip that this year and just wait till May for my 1st Parker trip.

I just never know. I might end up at the Sag this weekend. If I don't get any Family showing up I just might.

:grumble:No,the garage is Christmas central, boxes and rubbermade crates from the attic everywhere. The holidays are always crazy around here,my moms side, dads side, and the wife has a huge family, never a shortage of things to do or people to see.
Im hoping after the first of the year to reclaim the mancave and get down to buisness:thumbsup

Happy Holidays.

Great videos!!!! Just wondering I used to have a jetboat and I was told to never run it dry. These guys had know water hooked up, and except the guy in the snow won't you heat up to fast and possibly ruin the engine? Man every time January comes around I sure get itchy to go
To the river can't wait!!!!

Darren and Dannys motors were alkies at the time. Yes they heat up but not nearly as fast as a gas motor. (both the TP stealths) both also have jet aways
Sampicas engine was in the water on the trailer, also has a jet away. Yellow n red Cheyanne

Its never a good thing if your not rebuilding your own engines like thee guys do. I dont really know if they have a bilge set up to pump water from a bucket cycling through but at the races I see them wrm up their engines as stated.

I hate to say it but I start mine up just before I launch. This boat starts everytime when its not in the water.lol Then when I get her in the drink she sometimes hesitates. When I start her up out of the water its just to make sure it starts. Then I turn the engine off. I know its bad and I usually pay for it. But it is what it is. I deal with it and its my boat. I worry more about my HTP fancy shaft seal.lol

Thanks for the info!! Ya I used to always start mine on the trailer just before launch never had a bad start. Just piece of mind and didn't want to clog up launch ramp with a boat that didn't start!!!! I don't do it with my new boat being an I/O and all, makes me a little nervous at launch time. I alway charge the hell out of my battery's just for a little reassurance... Thanks again and I love your boat by the way. I think I might build up a CP in the future still miss my old squirter!!!!

There fun boats. When I get old I want to build me a K or by a used one. But till then I'll play with this one. Its the boat I always wanted in my dreams. Sure going fast is a blast but I've noticed since I slowed down all the beauty that surrounds me when I'm on the lakes here

I charge mine too. Over night at least. Just hate to clog up the ramp myself. Beging for a jump on a busy day can suck. I prep all the time. Sometimes she, the liberator; just wakes up being a bitch.lol

HELL YA builod or buy yourself a Winger. I love them boats. In Yuma there are some nice ones during the Power Tour get together!
