Wired remote help

I've got a Sony CDX-M60UI head unit, and it had an Access Technologies MRC-2 wires command center. Wasn’t hooked up. I’m guessing because it stopped working. I am having trouble finding a new wired remote that is available that will work with this head unit. I really don’t want to change that out if it’s possible. Are there any other brand remotes that will work? I’d like to replace the one by the helm, and add a 2nd one to the transom.

Does it have a headphone jack in the back? Did you Check out sonys wired remotes ?

I have the same head unit and my helm and stern remotes are the Sony RM-X11M. I know from the manual the Sony RM-X60M/L is also listed. I think they have both been discontinued but can be found on Ebay cheep. I would not be the one to ask what other remotes are compatible.

After no luck finding any remotes available, I decided to upgrade the system. Went with Kenwood’s latest Bluetooth head unit and digital wired remote.
