You might want to consider taking a lot of pictures of all that plumbing before it gets covered up. We had a suction leak 10 years after build on our pool and if we hadn't taken a ton of pictures, it would have been much harder and caused considerable more expense to find and fix the leak.

Having a documented set of pictures makes diagnosis easier and gives objective evidence of where stuff is and is not located. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

What are you doing for the floor in the shower? The guys that build ours last year built the whole pan and tied in the waterproofing first before the walls so thats why im asking..I know there's a lot of ways to do it..curiosity more than anything.

Also the back patio fireplace, is it gas? any more details? Since we eliminated the fireplace when we blew out the divider wall in the house I'm wanting to put one on back patio. Looks like a neat setup. How's the cabinet situation going?

Tile floors in the showers, they're all concrete then tile on top. Thats the way they do it on a new build. Patio fireplace is gas. Cabinets are supposed to be here the end of January.

How do they tie in the pan waterproofing to the walls?

I don't know. I figured it's a drop down concrete pan. So wood drywall starts at bathroom floor level which 3" above. They seem to do it out here on new builds. When they pour the concrete foundation all showers and washer and dryer area are drop down. You can see in this picture

Brian Desert Storm is doing it. Should I be worried?
Don't be in a hurry, my neighbors took months for them to complete, not so sure I would've have the patience.....:(
