2 mini splits.Doing a couple mini splits or central? Ask about a floor drain for wash downs, city doesn’t allow them but there is a creative way around that.
Yes rented another storage temporarilyWow looks great what a way to start a project!
How was it to clean out all the STUFF.... did you have to rent a place for a short time to stage the STUFF...
House looks AWESOME!
Wow. That’s seems like a massive project for a rv garage. What are they going to do for rain protection? Have some coming next week.
Looking forward to updates. Congrats.
We went into the house 5 ft but then I stretch the Master 5 ft so we didn't lose too much square footageSo you were making the house smaller in order to make the garage bigger? If so that’s a beautiful thing.
16x70Looks good!!
what are the rv garage dimensions?
Graphic Concepts did the plans. I went with them because they already had prints on my house from the previous remodel. My good friend Joe Mitchell and his brother are doing the work.Awesome project! Who did the plans and who is doing the work?
I have stuff . I have two storage right now. No buying here. lolAfter the garage is done your going to have to buy some stuff to fill it..... how about a kegerator..... with twin taps!

Good looking pad.....so why all the gutting?
Needed 5' because of setbacks. So we went into house, then stretch 5' out the back and added a pool/garage bath and outdoor kitchen.Good looking pad.....so why all the gutting?
It rain hard here but no damage.Looking great!
did you have any leaks yesterday with the house torn apart like that, that always a huge concern....
