That’s badass...definitely not a budget-build

Old/new - full auto?

Brand new
We get to buy one AR and keep in retirement
We can buy
6920
6940
HK
S&W

If I could only buy one , had to be HK
They might approve Daniel Defense next year but I’m happy with this.

It was $200 cheaper than the 16x7’ Carson utility trailer I just bought, lol

guns ain’t cheap

the HK m556a1 is semi only.
SWAT is issued 416’s that are select fire 3 round burst /or semi auto

I’m surprised they went with keymod, and not M-LOK like the military has adopted.

I’m not really a fan of full auto, but I’d be happy with semi/3-round burst

I’d take the HK hands-down over anything from DD...

The 416 is a nice unit, got to play with one overseas. The 556 is on my Christmas list this year.

That's a nice top line rifle but no HK irons came with it?

Keymod has always seemed backwards regarding the recoil retention of things to me... Oh well, what do I know...

They used to be extra, now they just throw them in a separate box , as most go to optics without irons.

Another reason I'm running trijicon: no batteries to fail.

This sits in truck box till optics come in, then have to qual with irons and optics separately to be up and running with it.

Yea, I run Trijicon on mine also but always have some back up fold down irons just in case. For what they charge for those nice HK rifles they better at least give you some.

Yeah it seems odd.

But think of it this way...for things like a foregrip, you’re pulling them toward your body.
