I have two trucks one for each of my 2 boats and zero EV's.
Only thing I have that runs on batteries is hand tools.

Sofa king stupid.
Yep. I remember when it was built and in Truckin' Mag. Was in S. Cal. then disappeared. It had sponsor stickers all over it, if you recall. Then I heard a story that the dude / shop that built it had a ton of sponsors to build it and the deal was he'd show it for a year or two. After like one show someone bought it for stupid money and it disappeared, sponsors non-to-happy. Last I heard it was in New York. I have fairly large photo (like poster size) a buddy took of it at a car show (I 'think' in Havasu) with a mini truck under it and two girls in thongs looking back at the camera. Always dug that thing. But I liked lifted and lowered trucks from that era. Always loved the MIC slammed duallys too. Pretty much useless except it'd be a fun toy. That’s when lifted trucks had tires! I miss those days and it still looks good to me. I remember that excursion wonder where it is now....
The 1500 Chevy get better mpg than most suvs and some cars. To bad the ones that order them at dealership only order the short beds for inventory. I searched 30 dealers and they had 5 long beds and none with features I wanted so I bought another gas guzzling 2500. The 1500 long bed I traded in would get 22 mpg round trip to river. Now 15mpg with new 2500.Buying a truck for fuel economy.
