Will be racing the Parker 300 again, need more motor. Boat will be going to Stoker for hull upgrades.

Kevin has a 280 , but I prefer the reliability of the 260 ignition.

I look at S&F a few hours ago and there are a couple of 280 drop on's but no 260 at the moment. There are a couple of good deals on complete 260's but they are long shafts and not sure he wants that.

280's run bitchen, and idle like a fishing motor. I would not hesitate to run a 280 over a 260 if you're not going to modify it. The big benefit of the 260 electronics is the ability to change chips for different rev limits, and swap to Brucato ACU/PCU's for custom control.

I have a CLE. It's a 5 hole, I believe.

Not a shell, though. It's complete.

It's taking up room in the basement of a house I plan to sell soon. Make an offer, if you're interested.

5-hole? Must have a nosecone on it? 2-hole and 4-hole were made stock. Does it have a hose on the side or a water passage cover plate?

I found one from a member here locally, all set, thanks for the reply though. Not sure why you have an extra hole though. :D
