Anyone have a driveline guard adapter that would fit a flywheel cover in the picture? Hole spacing in flywheel cover is 5". Thx

I got mine from Fantasy rigging. Last time I was there he had a couple on the shelf

Heres a quick set of pics and description of how it was made
Cad drawing first then tool paths applied
This part was quick and easy

Then a piece of aluminum was found for it, couldn't find a close size round piece so we made it out of a square piece.

Next, it gets roughed out with a 3/4 3 flute end mill. Lots of material removal but it goes fast

Heres the roughed out part ready for final tool paths

After the mill, I put it in the lathe mainly because it was quicker than making soft jaws to run op2 in the mill again. Face the back of, get it round and tune up where necessary

Final product comes out looking like this, ready for the polishers. Probably not going to need too much polishing.
