I just built a bench and hung TRX equipment in my garage. Combined with resistance bands (not pictured) the wife had laying around, this is our gym now...

like others said, good luck. I started the quest a week ago today first on local market places and craigslist. Then after a few days of getting nowhere decied to buy what I could. Between the Havasu, Bullhead and Kingman Big 5's I was able to piece together 250lbs of olympic plates, a straight and curl bar, and a Marcy 3 position bench with rack. Of course...its all kinda crappy quality but something is better than nothing.

Another thing I ordered and should get mid next week is a "Brute Force" training bag...check them out. KInda cool and unique methodology that I'm going to add in a couple days a week

I have a Nautilus squat rack with lat pull down, adjustable bench, 2 olympic beach bars (45lbs) 2 Olympic curl bars, and weights. I think a pair of 45s, a pair of 25s, 4 10s, and I think 4 5s and a couple 2.5s. I need to verify. It is all in my shed, so I will need check. Was going to ask $550. I am in Castaic. I can put some pictures together if you’re interested.

Yup. Sold over 300lbs of Olympic Weider weights last month for 75cents per pound.

YouTube is a great resource for putting a home gym together, and workouts that require no, or simple/minimal, equipment.

Just a few examples...I’m a big believer in Athlean X.
