got a moblle in havasu,.... don't know what to do,... could be a cheep rental as is... or just sell it as a cheep way for some one handy to fix up and have a lake place..

the lot is 1 and a half lots with a new 18x 40 rv garage.... it's engineered and slab done to have the front put on, but i left it off to beable to get in and out easy...

it has good curb appeal, and the patios have new metal roofs

I don't know off hand how wide and tall the door can be... I bought a 7' x 18' metal gate that I was gonna put on there.. but never had the time to do it so far...

the inside is the typical ol mobile, wood paneling and such... carpet is shot,.. avocado green appliances... some new windows...

got no idea what it's worth as is... the area is not real bad,... but it gets better each day,... slowly getting new mobiles in there... and the high rent is running out the undesirables..... this is one of those deals where a few years for now people will be say'n.... man I should have bought that place from 2FF

the cheepest mobile on zillow is 235k... this one is a lot and a half and parking everywhere..

Guess I forgot to post this...I was trying to get ahold of the tenant.... She didn't respond to my calls...couple months went by, so I went to havasu,... She went in the hospital and never made it.... passed away in nov... she did get her wish, she wanted to finish her life in havasu...
