I have a 2004 Yamaha 450YFZ, big bore stroker, that needs at least a complete card rebuild, it has sat for 2 years.

I have a 2008 Honda TRX450R, big bore stroker that needs a top end.

Thoughts who might be able to do this?
My mechanic is in Japan for the Winter.

I wouldn't think a complete carb rebuild is necessary. But at least a good cleaning. I could do it if you're willing to ship it. But at that point it's already out that's the hard part.

The carb needs all new gaskets. It's a 2004.
I would ship it to you with a rebuild kit.

Pm me your mailing address.

Needed top end rebuild, and other things repaired/replaced on the Honda, Yamaha goes in Friday.

Shawn seems like a good guy.

Thanks.

No problem, you will be happy with his work. I'm contemplating picking up a new 450 in a few weeks. When I do, the first stop will be to his shop to have him get it prepped. New bikes come with zero grease in all the bearings, learned that the hard way years ago. Best part is I can never tell he worked on it (bolts aren't all marred up).
