Curious what community HOA fees run per year up and down the river.

$25 per year on the Lower River (Martinez/Fishers).

Membership is voluntary.

$120 Per YEAR. Buckskin Valley/Holiday Harbour up River Parker AZ side.

House is for sale as of a couple of weeks ago. Listed with David Plunkett Realty. Shopping for a new home in Lake Havasu City.

Oh yeah.... $450 Yr Moonridge

Great ramp, gated, community docks and covered cabanas, trash, well maintained....etc

$400 a month but it includes water, cable, flood & liability insurance, maintenance for complex & slips/river dock, beach, launch ramp and so on.

They vary depending on where your at in the park? If your in the front row $500-700 a month and it gets a little cheaper as you go back further from the water! The cheapest is $320 a month.

$200/quarter (down from $250) with no amenities at River Terrace Estates.

Does that just cover normal community maintenance and trash?

Do you have a management company or accounting services or do you just use the board to manage all affairs?

$76/month Palo Verde Meadows in BHC. Private launch ramp is good but I'd rather save the money. Also, across the street next to the golf course there's no HOA therefore cars on blocks, weeds, etc.
