Safeway and cook it yourself. Never had a great meal at any restaurant in Parker. We went through this debate yesterday on our way home. Dominoes is the best parker has to offer. We drove to TKB instead.

Strokes is the only choice for a decent steak. As previously mentioned, their prime rib is quite good.

The Bluewater has one, but its been closed due to lack of staffing( the vaccinated kind). Plus they're back to masks again.

The last 2 times I've been to strokes we had a good meal, a year or so ago I wouldn't have been able to say that. As far as steak goes they have 2 choices, prime rib and rib eye if I recall correctly.

Best bet would probably keep it simple and grab a Cheese Burger at Roadrunner.
Sit by the water and have a ice cold beer while you're waiting.

From what all my friends have told me the place has gone WAAAYYY DOWNHILL.. to the point they won’t even eat there. :(
It's gotten better, like I said previously there was a time I would've agreed.

Strokes is NOT good anymore. New menu dropped a lot of good food & Everything tastes like way too much salt.

Pirate has the best food right now.

I just had lunch at the Sandbar Resort on Sunday and they have GREAT food!

I eat at The Sandbar. They got great food as well!

Crossroads Cafe, China Garden and MI Tierra never let me down
China Gardena is great.

Crossroads is great for Bfast. They need a lil help with their dinner.

Mi Tierra is closed. The new owner re-opened and need a bit more time in the kitchen. I feel it'll get better with a lil time

LOL Its all about setting expectations.

Once a while back at Foxes our friends ordered crab legs. she mentioned to the waitress that they weren’t very good. The waitress replied “well you ARE at the river”.
I don't have any expectations. So far the taco stand is good. But they stop coming out.

Shugrue's used to good but has desperately fallin off the chart, we went to Cha-Bone's last week and it was good along with a nice 30%+ food cost however we have sent back overdone Prime-Rib two times at one sitting with all three of us in the past, we gave up and ordered the Rib-Eye instead.
You would think the server would have just come out in the beginning and said "Hey are PM is on well side tonight so order a steak instead" o_O

Strokes was great until the ownership changed, since then it's just ok

Strokes is horrible. We live here and won’t go there.

Willows is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s decent. But fuck the casino.

Mi Tierra is now mi Mexico Lindo. It sucks ass. Too bad because we loved Mi Tierra.

The Sandbar bar has really good bbq. Two thumbs up.

China Garden is ok. It’s a Parker 8.

I’ve had really bad service at Pirates, but it’s still ok. Ok enough that there’s not much better and at least it’s air conditioned.

Parker is in desperate need of some nice places to eat. There’s money here. Million dollar homes up to baller 5/6 million dollar vacation river front homes. Why no one wants to cater to these people is beyond me.

Plenty of good food in Havasu though. 🤷🏼‍♂️

lack of consistent cliental and lack of quality help are the 2 main factors in my mind.

The Springs had a fairly good ribeye a month back when we ate there however they are not a steak house.

Strokes.....Nope as the days of the place really being something worth it are gone. Casino....Nope.

Havasu Springs. It's technically part of the Parker strip, never had a shitty steak there in 35 years.

I do miss the Paradise Cafe across from MC's Market. That place was great as well.

We hit up both Sarape and Mayas in Parker a couple weeks ago and both were good.

For breakfast, get a breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich from the Green Mart in Big River....hard to beat for $5

Early bird for breakfast.. tierra caliente puts out some pretty good meals ..the Friday night specials were good the last few times we went. Pirates has been good lately. Although the service is sketchy. Their wings are fn bomb!

I do miss Paradise... Right around the corner from the Springs, you could not go wrong. Really a shame its gone. ChaBones took its place for us.

Being at the Springs, I dont think the Springs restaurant is all that. Fairly hit or miss, could be better, but a damn sight better than some options.

Strokes is no bueno in my opinion. We hit up El Sarape in Parker for the Mex, its not bad. I think we tried Maya and the other Mex place but for some reason my family likes El Serape (we're gringos, Del Taco is good).

Casino is also a no go anymore for the Grill.

I agree with others Crossroads in Parker is good for Breakfast but thats the only time I go there so I cant speak to the other meals.

Pirates Den has good pizza.

Cross Roads has an excellent prime rib dinner.

They start serving it on Sundays around 3pm though!

Everything in Parker is hit and miss. Not many long time employees out there. 😔

Dang…hope Mi Mexico Lindo turns it around. Only tried the chips and salsa on their opening day.
