Yes the interior was redone a year before in purchased it. Not sure who did the work. It’s very well done, not overly fancy but well done. I’ll have to dig through some photos but yes I have more pics. Even the backs of the seats have been glassed to match the gel. I appreciate the compliment.
I have not been in a 26' Lavey, sorry. I looked a couple of 2750's during my search. they were nice boats but a bit small for what i wanted. Not as much freeboard as a 29 either. Laveycraft is just one of those boats that were just build very well with very good attention to detail. Nothing...
I have had several boats and been on several others. My 2001 29' Laveycraft is impressive to all who have been on it. The fit/finish for the era is very impressive. No gel cracks, no rattles at all. Runs high 70's with my current prop. (Whipple currently has the ECU to check it out) Could get...
I saw this on IG, I never personally met Mark but spoke to him several times on the phone he built my 600efi in the Laveycraft, was always very nice on the phone. Yes the motor runs extremely well too!!
Iv never heard anyone speak anything but positively about him.
Not completely sure on the cost until more detailed drawings are done. Kitchens alone can vary greatly. Under roof (garage, home and back patio is right at 6000 sf and im thinking about 650k not counting rear landscape. We have decided to go with "A Better Builder" , they have built several...
We have decided on the builder but now have to do a bit of re-drawing. We will detach the RV garage and leave it then turn the house 90deg. Things just didn’t lay out right as drawn. We are still shooting for a fall start date and completion in summer of 2025
We have decided on the builder and have the 3rd rendition of the drawing but now we have to kind of start over with the drawings. We went to the property with the builder and started pulling a tape and it just didn’t lay out correctly. So now we are detaching the RV garage and turning the house...
Im usually in town about 6 times a year, will be in town this weekend for a few days. A very good friend has a place just on the other side of McCormick. If you hear my RZR on top of my dirt come on by for a beer, we normally stop by the lot a couple times per trip.
Derek-
Im not sure just yet but I believe (hope) i can get it built for 600-650k not counting the price of the dirt. Should know more this month. Sorry for the late reply all.
