Short term rent this for $100-$120 / night and you are in the money. Only would have to have it occupied for 10 - 15 nights a month to turn a profit. Lots of great riding and close to Windsor & Shopping. I like it!!

240k for a 1974 trailer with thin sub par insulated walls? Price has to be for the location and land. Even with the previous owner deciding to go with a full remodel (Fuckin retarded). They should have put in a decent new double wide deal with 2x6 framing.

Craig Gregorys wife grew up on the sand in Newport and was so excited when they bought the double wide in Parker she could hardly contain her joy! :)

Not to hijack this thread but what makes this a deal at all? I had a 1984 mobile in Parker and that thing was hanging on for dear life!

I don’t see it. Better off buying a Duplex for $450-$500k.

They did a nice job with it though.

You might be able to make this work as an AirBnB, but as a full time rental you’ll lose money.

Good luck. Waiting list is incredible dumb for a new mobile. Buy the land, and get on the waiting list for a new Triple wide.
