He was dead as soon as his body hit the car, I’m sure it ripped him in 2.

Ya may want to look again...thats 80+ . Upon impact...all his/hers internal organs exploded internally. Even without a head impact it was a matter of 45 seconds tops
before death.

Some times, an impact can be such that pants will literally blow off.
When I was a 20 yr, old I was hurt badly on a drilling rig, a motion valve failed and a 5 ft pipe wrench closed on me and pinched me between the drilling rig and the wrench. It blew the seams right out of both legs of a brand new pair of Levis. If my partner hadn't hit the safety and blown the pressure on the rig it would have cut me in half.
As it was, 124 stitches. The ER doc said another 1/4 inch it would have been into my spinal cord.
So yeah, impacts can do strange things to clothes.
