Well, it would be "Different" if they pulled off a Caribbean feel in the middle of the desert.

Got the inside scoop last week. From the Buddy I thought might of bought it. Turns out I know one of the new owners. But He is not involved. But mutual friends as well.

They have big plans in the works. If you were thinking of buying a River Pad. And wanting to short term rent it without the headaches of managing it. This is a great opportunity. They know the River rental business better than anyone I know.

Could be pretty cool but I could just never understand staying anywhere near that place come 11pm. I think it has mellowed over the years but come a big weekend that place was a shit show of epic proportions with what I would call not a "family friendly" vibe.

If they can clean the place up and weed through the riff raff trouble makers could be cool. Rent the place out on big weekends and keep the bar visitors out of the residents area.

My favorite place on the river for breakfast! Biscuits and gravy with their hash browns on top! Followed by all the leftover bacon and pancakes that the kids didn’t finish!!

Our son was raised on Parker Strip and Road Runner was reason why. He loved sitting at the bar eating onion rings looking at river. Unfortunately things change and once he comes home from college it will be a diffrent place. I only have hope that a new generation will embrace what the new establishment creates.

Hope the remodel and food turn out to be fantastic.
A lot of comments about breakfast there.
After Badenochs closed no doubt it was the best option on the River.
If you haven’t been to Foxs yet since the crew from the Early Bird took over…make it a point to go next time.
The kitchen has all new equipment and they are doing everything fresh day of.
There’s s fair amount of the menu from in town and the food is really good!
Biscuits and gravy good, chicken fried steak excellent, skier breakfast sando on the menu as well, and they had a breakfast quesadilla that looked really tasty.
Another cool thing they are doing soon is the beeper deal to come get your food.
Always felt bad for the girls fighting the crowd on a Saturday afternoon looking for the numbers on the tables. No doubt you’ll get your food quicker and warmer.

Record so far at windmill was $440K !!. One sold in our park for $330K I remember when my friend bought it for $30K.

The appeal here is they will rent it for you to try and cover the monthly nut.
