Anyone lose a 4 ft lighted whip out near the CAP canal?

I have it found it laying in the dirt near a tree. Just east of CAP off shea rd. I was out on a excursion in my Rhino and ran across it laying in the dirt on my way out to Planet Ranch. Would like to find the owner of it and return it. These whips aren't cheap.
