President Trump envoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to Stop and Offset the Federal Judges that have been ruling against many of his arrests, The action is to move forward on the Arrest and Deportation Without any hearings of the Tren de Aragua Violent Foreign Terrorist Organization that has been taking Colorado apartments and businesses over without little to no resistance. Any Venezuelan 14 Years and over that are not natural Citizens or lawful permanent Citizens may be arrested,secured and removed as "Alien Enemies" according to this Proclamation. The Law has been implemented only 3 times before this, The War of "1812", WW1,& WW2. President Trump has promised to Wage War on the (TdA), and is tired and frustrated with Oblamer and "Brandon" appointed Federal Judges stepping in and overturning his orders. :cool:

So once again, Spending Time and Money Fighting LIBERAL,EVIL "Oblamer JUDGES.

Watching "NEWSMAX", the White House is Furious and Vows to Take this as far as necessary. I believe this report said that this same Judge was involved in the phony "FISA" Warrants used to investigate President Trump. This Piss Poor Excuse for a Judge, is "DIRTY" and must be removed .

Yes, Clinesmith altered Carter Page‘s email to mean the exact opposite of what it actually said and caused a huge problem for the Trump administration in crossfire hurricane based on the false evidence planted by Page.
That Judge gave him probation.
To this day his Wikipedia page and other sources are constantly wiped off the internet.

This is already settled law..

We know this because the Supreme Court ruled in 1948—long after World War II was over—that the Alien Enemies Act gave the U.S. president absolute authority to detain and deport a German who had been in the U.S. legally since the 1930s.

In the case of Ludecke v. Watkins, the Supreme Court ruled explicitly that not only could the president deport legal foreign residents even if they weren’t members of a foreign army, but that the courts had no authority to even review the president’s decision to do so. “The Alien Enemy Act precludes judicial review of the removal order,” the Supreme Court ruled, years after World War II had ended.

“Such great war powers may be abused, no doubt, but that is a bad reason for having judges supervise their exercise, whatever the legal formulas within which such supervision would nominally be confined,” the Supreme Court majority declared. “Accordingly, we hold that full responsibility for the just exercise of this great power may validly be left where the Congress has constitutionally placed it—on the President of the United States.”

And now she is claiming its a war-time only law. This was after last week when she posted that teachers work an average of 13+ hours a week unpaid. I guess she forgot how an annual salary works as well.

Your friend is a dumbass! This is the actual text. A declared war is only one of the reasons the act can be used.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That whenever there shall be a declared war between the United States and any foreign nation or government, or any invasion or predatory incursion shall be perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States, by any foreign nation or government, and the President of the United States shall make public proclamation of the event, all natives, citizens, denizens, or subjects of the hostile nation or government, being males of the age of fourteen years and upwards, who shall be within the United States, and not actually naturalized, shall be liable to be apprehended, restrained, secured and removed, as alien enemies.
