She posted the valve springs were done. Might have been complete top ends? 454 with 177 Weiand. Flat tappet Crane cam. 1050 Carb. 490 PSHP.

Simple solid power.

where did you see this posted the ad I saw tells very little.

As @Runs2rch said, basic 454 with a blower on it. Good reliable horse power that with a 1050 on it loves to drink the fuel.

I always liked the 525SC.I had 3 of them (one in our 24 Baja) and a set in our previous 38 Top Gun. Like stated before, 454 with baby blower on it. You can put a chiller on them and they run super nice. Bumps up the HP a bit and cools em down as the little blower creates a lot of heat. I wouldn't be scared to own this motor at all though.

That looks like a really nice Hallet and good price.

Don't know that particular boat but I used to own a 30 with two of those in it was a nice package. Also had a 24-hallett with a 525 in it loved it.

The only issue I was aware of was Valve train other than that it’s a solid motor
