Wow, that is an incredible find. Right-click saved that one. Listening to it, Billy references the Sun Times and the show at the Metro, and he's wearing the same shirt (lol), so this show was recorded a few days before. the Metro show (1993)

The show at the Metro is the puuurfect Pumpkins set, I wish they would re-play the same concert. Kind of like Cheap Trick did with Budokan a few years back.

I'll finish watching this one, and thanks for sharing it, I see it just dropped onto YT. 👍

Susanna Hoffs puts a smile on my face each and every time. I can't wait until they announce a show. If they played another "Kaboo" set - that would be the perfect concert.

Many years ago I had to take a witness in a civil lawsuit from his trailer in Garden Grove to be deposed in Century City. The guy was a loser (no car) and said he was a former roadie with Berlin. In between tokes on his Marlboro's, he kept rambling on about how hot Terri Nun n was. He said she never wore panties and purposely flashed her coochie and it drove the crew nuts. Mind you, she was in Penthouse at age 17.

My wife has called bullshit on my story for years.

Until about a month ago.

There's a rockmentary on YT called "Women in Rock" and there's an episode with Ter ri Nunn. She talked about the enormity of the US Festival. But she also said she *forgot* to wear panties that day, and when she went onstage, she fell and a photographer got full view of her...coochie (and they had to get the film from the photog yadda yadda yadda).

Hah, *forgot*

But she is still hot :)

Tomorrow night. It will be 44 years after my 17-year old brother, and 13-year old self, packed the family's Ford LTD with 5-6 other kids and headed to the Swing Auditorium in San Berdoo.

Seen them many times over the years, but I think they're getting close to their touring EOL.

The Tubes were a trip, Fee Waybill is still way out there. No dressing in drag for White Punks on Dope, though. Just leather pants, shirtless with a bondage mask lol.

Cheap Trick was pretty good. Zander dressed in his Dream Police hat, which looks way better than the top hat deal.

Long set compared to other shows, they sang a couple of oddballs like Heaven Tonight and I think Zander's son (who also plays in the band) sang Down. Dig that tune.

My only critique was Nielsen's guitars didn't sound like they were mixed right, his famous riffs weren't that noticeable.

On to Smashing Pumpkins and STP with http404 tomorrow night at 5-Points in Irvine. woot woot

I think it was STP for the win. I hate to say that, because the Pumpkins looked and sounded great, but their set list suxed.
