Owned a 9 ft RIB all the years we had the 38PQ. Had a blast with it. Sold the PQ and bought a 14ft. 6 years with the 14ft and have a blast with it. The Center Console sets in the yard most of the time.

Tested her today finally…after some serious weight loss, she runs and accelerates more forcefully. It red lined my 30 BBlades faster than I expected. 107 mph at 6400 RPM. The diet made a significant difference. Enhanced windscreen made it nicer to drive at speed. I may go slightly larger for winter.
Heading to Home Depot to buy some wood for new trailer bunks.

The 28 pitch prop was all done at 95 mph….
The 30 shuts off at 107 mph,,,I need an ECU that doesn’t redline.
With the custom ECU the 28 pitch ran 105 mph
And the 30 can run up to 112 mph

Replaced the bunks on the Blue Canoe trailer….
More work than I remembered, but it came out very nice. Cleaned and buffed the trailer while it was without child. Nice to have an excavator to assist in the lifting.

You by chance have any pics of “Nasty Bitch”, that lay down trike that John Grove (Ubtrrun) built to outrun Kirk with that was outboard powered that ran through the Harley trans? This crowd would really appreciate that thing!

For those scratching their head, it was very similar to this, but was some sort of outboard motor that drove a Harley trans.

I do in the archives somewhere.
It was an old tower of power 6cyl Merc motor built by Merc Racing or someone involved in that program. It was just over 500hp.

I’m pretty sure it was/is a V6. It was on meth and nitrous.

Maiden voyage went ok. Couple lil hiccups & needs dialing in but a successful 1st day. Windshield is a game changer

Few final touches left to do before Desert storm and Super Cat fest but the new adrenaline trailer came out great. The full cap came out really good. A bottom needs to be touched up a little bit more and gone through. We had to stop on it as we opened it up and found some areas that need to be a lot more addressed in the downtime so it’s going back now we’re gonna get that done and then I need to test some props again other than that, I think she’s gonna be done after this next go around . If something doesn’t change this season. I think I’m gonna throw some 300R’s on it
