Hunter Lawrence to Undergo Shoulder Surgery, Out for Remainder of Supercross
Honda HRC Progressive has announced Hunter Lawrence will require surgery to fix a torn labrum in his right shoulder from his heat race crash at the Tampa Supercross.

Same here. My 1,2 & 3 were dialed. He f’d that up.

I had Cooper in 5th and he got 4th. Would have been a stellar points night. At least I’ll get some points for having my top 5 in the ballpark.

While Sexton did F up. And I dont blame that lapped rider at all as Webb did what he had to and cut down just that little bit.

But why on the last lap is that lapped rider even in that turn at that position. Most pull off it seems.

Picks are tough this year with 3 of the top 6 riders out. Sure makes the races interesting though.

I scored 20 pts this week. None from correct position. Terrible. Tough picking as seems 3 can easily win each week (Webb, Roczen, Sexton), but not consistent. Reality is Top 5 is tough to pick this year. Still great season IMO.

Its going to be ugly racing tonight, Raining and 39 degrees. The ruts are so deep the foot pegs are almost stopping the bikes.

What did everyone think of the season? Personally when 4 of the top 6 guys are out, the season was not as good as I was hoping for.

Outdoors should be interesting with a lot of top riders coming back.

Unfortunate with all the injuries....I don't know if this year was an anomaly but it does worry me that tracks continue to get tougher and as such we see tighter/physical racing that leads to crashes and resulting injury... at least it felt like it this year. At the beginning of the year it felt like 6-8 guys could win on any night, but that also means a lot of tight/physical racing and possible crashes...and all the sudden that number of riders started to dwindle and the gap between the lappers and contenders was that much wider. Supercross really needs to think about what can they do to keep contenders healthy through the whole season; these folks train relentlessly so its not like they are out of shape... but when there were so many injuries and it was down to 2-3 riders I stopped watching... have to imagine ticket sales suffered as well.

Congrats on the W, it was my 1st year and it was fun. I agree when the big dogs are hurt it take away some of the excitement, but there was still some great racing and it was cool to see MS get a win.
