It's a mental illness with many of them. I've come across a few that were naturally beautiful, maybe a little makeup added here and there, then they went for their first small procedure and it went into full blown addiction at that point. I can only imagine what BS the Dr.'s have to be telling them coming out of surgery to get them to come back over and over again.
