Not sure the best but it was an amazing night when we were there with a dozen friends. Timing was an amazing in that they allowed time for us to sit in the patio area mid meal and it was incredible. Totally recommend this. 👍 The views of the strip were unbelievablE. Be sure to get there about sunset time.

Had Peter Lugers a month ago in Caesars. Not as good as the one in the Bronx but still good.

We are heading to Vegas tomorrow and looking for a steak house too. Tried to get into the Golden Steer, but all booked.

There’s a big group of us Okies in Vegas this weekend for a golf tournament. I’ll be watching this for a good steak.

I’m a Signature Member of the Foundation Room and have been to that location many times among many others. You’re not wrong. That spot is pretty good. The vibe is awesome.

All your chains are good steak, Mortons, Ruths, Smith and Wollenski,

Then you got the SW at the Wynn.

Then you got the Old school Vegas - Binions, The Steak house at Circus Circus is fantastic, as is the golden steer, and Hugos cellar.

Been to Lugers in the Bronx it was great but haven't done vegas yet.

We really like Gordon Ramsay Steak. Their American Wagyu filet with a filthy dirty martini is my favorite 🤤 Going there tomorrow, actually 👍

Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse is really good too.

I didn't care for Golden Steer at all. Overrated, in my opinion.

Jean George’s hands down. Last time I was there for a meeting in the private room I think we ordered 10 wagyu plates. All their food is great and ambience is luxurious

Some of the recommendations on this post are great steak houses, but Jean Georges is by far “the best”

We used to love the Golden Steer.
TikTok fame defaulted it to triple prices and quality maybe doesn't reflect the price..
Still good, appreciative service, I'll give them that.

Circus Circus Steakhouse gets mentions but we found it no character, no energy, dull and expensive and smelled like an ash tray.

Worth considering:

I have had some great meals at Vic & Anthonys in the Golden Nugget. It’s not the most famous or fancy but I love the old skool Vegas vibe and the food is awesome.

You absolutely can’t go wrong with Del Frisco however.

I live here, just go to Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa. Beyond insane, video is Barry cooking a 10 pound lobster table side.

SW was what got me started down the fine dining rabbit hole, it’s insane. My most visited is Steak by Gordon Ramsay at Paris, and that’s my Caesars recommendation. Get the sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

Even been to Barry’s at circa and I wasn’t impressed whatsoever. Maybe it was a bad night.

I want to hit Del Monaco’s at the Venetian. Heard great things.

Don’t go to top of the world at stratosphere lol. Beautiful view etc. but food was trash. Whenever we do Vegas we usually just do bar food because we are tossed by 11am

Worth considering:

The food looks good... But I want a steak house to be dark and intimate, where I can dine for a couple of hours and have conversations (at normal tones of voice) with the people at the table. Dancing waiters playing a violin probably wouldn't rate high on my list. LOL.

I've followed that lady a bit in YT, a lot of her "Best Of" lists fall heavily on the entertainment side, which I suppose is the point for someone from flyover country planning a visit.

Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens in Downtown has that awesome old school Vegas vibe and food is great

Just last week I took some customers to Gallaghers in NYNY and I have to say that steak was the best one I have had in a while, cooked to perfection, and all the sides were great.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better steak than the ones I’ve had at Gallagher’s in New York. The aging room and the ability to pick your cut is awesome.

Not mentioned for Vegas is the Capital Grill across the street from the Wynn. Although a chain, we’ve had some good meals there and have actually traveled from Havasu a couple of times just to eat there.

Stantons Prime in Caesars by far. Best Filet, best RibEye you will have in any Caesars location. And believe it or not the best Chicken Parm.

We were disapointed with Peter Lugers in Caesars, no Filet which is the only steak I like when eating at a steakhouse, Stantons blows it away in the same hotel. Gotta give it a try.

I was there two weeks ago and though it was charming as hell with the green lamps and old school vibe and dead critters on the wall.

I didnt notice cig smoke smell, but for sure circus circus is tired and has lingering odors.

CC has gone some efforts to clean the entire place up. Casino and businesses within.
We didn't feel the $600+ spent FOR TWO OF US was worth it compared to the rest of what Vegas has to offer.

The filet you get is on the porter house, not a typical size filet on its own that is double thick. We usually get both steaks, porter house and the ribeye to share then you get 3 different cuts.

I’ll have to try Stanton’s.

Is Lugers cash only like NY?
I cant imagine that works in Vegas.

Walk across the street to Bellagio, inside the garden area there is a huge restaurant called Sadelle's, our favorite breakfast place in Vegas, great food always packed. Breakfast and lunch only. A little on the pricey side but what isn't in a casino.
