I'm in Parker and dinged the shit out of my prop. Does anyone one here have one laying around? 26p Bravo 4 blade is what I have on it.

Do you want to part with it Chris? I will post pics after I pull it off. It's floating at the dock it happened right as the sun was going down 🤪 it's not terrible but it vibrates a little. I saw your boat up by the dam today I think Chris.

I’ve never ran aground either, until a few weeks ago, on a Sunday, right by the new abandoned development on my way up to the dam. I’d been up twice earlier that morning. I’m still dealing with the aftermath. I was at 60 mph, trimmed high, and barely felt it. Fortunately it was soft sand and gravel, and I didn’t ruin the prop, just scuffed it all up. But what it did do, is load my oil cooler, heat exchanger, and manifold full of gravel. And ruined the water pump. I check the flow charts now. Lesson learned.

Hopefully I didn't do the same thing. Getting it pulled out soon. Change the prop and hope for the best. Being lazy right now and don't want to do shit😎

That can be very shallow early in the morning, I've walked next to the boat there, 3 ft maybe.

Bugginout, where were you

I went ding free for almost 9 years and did it twice in a year lol. I had signature prop out of Santa Ana fix it. They ship it back to you for like $20, beat sitting in traffic, and turned out great. Running out of metal on it now tho lol. Same exact prop you got!

As soon as I knew something was fucky I dumped it in neutral, and trimmed up as fast as I could. Once stopped, I jumped in the water, and felt the prop and skeg right away. Seemed ok. Then I drifted all the way to the island, waving at everyone with both hands, and telling them to slow down, and it was shallow, and they’d just wave back. Three boats came to a stop, ant the same spot,

and did the exact this I did. Check the damage, then drifted down. Once I got around the corner, I lit up, and got on plane, no vibration, but the temps came up, and the alarm sounded. Thus began the process of cleaning out all my coolers, etc.

So I just got home and the week went flawless after I dinged my prop. I launched at River Island which I have done before but won't do again. After pulling the boat out I was relieved that I didn’t do much damage at all to the prop. ChrisV loaned me a prop and I was up and running. Went by Castle Rock and went up to Thors house and got another prop from him. Pulled Chris's prop off put the new one on and continued to have a great River trip. This site is amazing and I truly appreciate the way everyone is willing to help. I don't have any Social media and my kids tell me that forums are for old people 😂 but between Riverdavesplace.com for all things water and yellowbullet.com for all things drag race I feel like part of real community. Thank you to everyone on this site for the knowledge and help over the years.

Hope to see some of you out there this summer. Some photos of an epic week at the river! We hauled ass home last night before the big weekend.
