There is a pretty cool project that I am slightly involved with… google TerraPower Wyoming project..

I like it.....full steam ahead is what I say. It was a mistake to shut down all the nuclear sites they have. They can make them much smaller, efficient and safer now. Not that they weren't safe before......whackos got involved and ruined it.

I started playing (smaller positions) with some very high dividend ETFs that are selling options / covered calls / puts to generate income.

Not sure how this will play out. Some that I have seen have great / sometimes outstanding dividends, but have significant price decay/errosion. Which eats into the dividend profit.

I am doing my best to avoid them.

Anyone else looking in this direction?

A key reason why, these would be a great fit for IRA accounts, if you reinvest the dividend profits right back into more stock, you can have one hell of a long term growth machine working for you. QQQI is one I recently picked up a full position on.

Its a fund made up from the top 100 companies in the Nasdaq. With a 15% Dividend.

Strange trading day again, seems like the market and so many stocks are waiting for NVDAs report, amazing how one company can control the stock trend of so many other HUGE Billion Dollar companies the market and investment firms. I did the same. I got out at 135.50, decided to take the 40% gain. I'm sure i will regret it long run, but it feels good to hit a nice one now and again. Rolled half of NVDA position to KHC for some div income, and the other half back in to SGOV until we see how things go.
