2021 rzr turbo check engine light is on with the following codes attached. Light came on with stock clutch and stock belt. Things I have done after codes new stm clutch new belt new spark plugs cleaned o2. No change. Rzr is not going in to limp mode yet.
Current setup stage 3 evo tune, blow off charge tube, evo exhaust, stm primary and secondary, new belt, new plugs. Don’t want to go back to stock. Any one seen anything like this?

Looks like bad 02 sensor based on the 3056, and 520613. and that might be causing the other code for too rich.

Check that the sensor wiring is OK and try a new 02 sensor.

You might check fuel pressure. Is it running ok?

i do EFI for a living and had someone ask me to look at his turbo RZR.

similar codes, lean misfire under boost. dealer replaced the 02 sensor. didn't fix it. dealer put new injectors in it. didn't fix it. dealer put new fuel pump in, didn't fix it. dealer put in plugs, coil pack.....didn't fix it.

he took it to a different dealer. they did basic compression check and tested the intercooler to see if it was leaking......didn't fix it. they suggested putting in an entire new wire harness.

after months of going round and round....he asked me...........FIRST thing I asked.....is the FUEL PRESSURE good. well these don't have fuel pressure sensors, but he went on to tell me all the stuff that had been changed on the fuel system. Said I don't care what is the fuel pressure under boost when it breaks up????

ok I will get back to you. Calls me again......still having issues......"OK whats the fuel pressure??" still doesn't have an answer.

i then asked is the motor stock. "yep, no mods its all stock".

he brings it by my shop, I take a look and notice he added a blow off valve. I said "you ever unplug that thing and try it?" the answer was "nope, but how could that be an issue anyway"?? to humor me, he unugs the vacuum line going to the BOV......and wallah......it runs perfect.

so it turns out there is a vacuum line that runs to the fuel pressure regulator. he put a T in that line to feed the BOV. the el cheapo ebay china BOV that he installed was leaking at the diagram internally, causing the fuel pressure regulator not to see positive manifold pressure which in turn raises the fuel pressure under boost.......amazing it never damaged the motor.

one simple little test of system fuel pressure would have spotted this immediately. but hey that's not in the book for the dealer mechanics.

Great tidbit.

As an FYI, the later years of Turbo RZRs - 2019 CA models and all 2020 and newer run PWM fuel pumps and drivers.
