I have a 2012 Ford E350 with 8 lug wheels. I have some nice take off wheels from my 2008 Chevy 2500 and I tried to bolt them up but the pattern is different.

According to Wheel-size.com they should both be 8x6.5 or 165.1mm:

    unknown

I'm going to run 2" spacers (hubcentric) anyway so thought I can get adapters to go from Ford to Chevy but now I don't know for sure what is the correct pattern for each. Can anyone tell me what the Ford and Chevy patterns really are and do you have a source for high quality adapters?

Center bore larger on the Ford which is keeping the smaller Chevy center bore wheels to go on

1999 and up Ford is 8 x170, 1955-1998 Ford is 8x6.5
A lot of Chevy (1967-2011) and Dodge 1946 and up) IIRC were also 8x6.5, in Weld circles that is called the Lord's pattern because it works on a lot of stuff.
I like wheels and started selling Porsche wheels to Vw guys in the 80's as a teenager at the Pomona swap meet, but far from an expert on any subject.

2008-2021 E350 should be 8x165.1....same as GM.

The F series trucks used a 8x170, but not the E vans.

Is this, by chance, a Quigley or similar 4x4 conversion? Some of those got the F series rear axle swapped in along with the front on the post-'99 builds to keep the front and rear wheels the same. The earlier post '99 ones they'd just offset drill the hubs/rotors and install larger shank studs on the van pattern...but that may have changed.

E350 Vans are 8x6.5 from the factory, I have quite a few at work.

The converted vans (sportsmobile, U-joint inc, quigley) all vary. I have quigley that has an 8x170mm front axle and then adapters in the back to convert to 8x170 from 8x6.5. We also have a sportsmobile that is 8x170 f/r, as both axles were swapped when the conversion was done.

Is your van 4wd??

It is not 4x4 although I wish it was. Thought about converting it but don't think it is worth the cost as I'm using it for traveling and camping. I will be doing some dispersed camping but not in super rough terrain.

I guess I'll double check it. Will also check front and see if it is the same as the rear. Thanks for all the info.
