Pending on the work, I use Checkered Automotive Solutions in Chula Vista. They are younger Toyota gurus that don't charge an arm or leg and are really smart. The owner lives in Valley Center, I actually just have him take my Lexus on his way to work.

B&D AUTO in Vista is good as well. Done many of repair for me over the years
