So I have 3 Bravo I props. 22p, 24p and 26p. All stock from what I know. I have a scx outdrive with the big shaft so I rub their solid insert.
The insert slides right into the 26p and out by hand. I went to insert it into the 22p and 24p but it stops short (see pics). I don’t want to force it in via rubber mallet etc our of fear it’ll never come out. Any thoughts? I’ll break out the caliper tomorrow and compare measurements, but I would think all three would have the same opening. Oh btw, a standard rubber style insert fits into all three.

So I flipped the prop and on the 24p the small end of the insert doesn’t even fit into the small opening of the prop. On the rest it does. How hard is it to get the hub back out once you force it in??? Any tricks to removal?

I've had to pound a few out once they're in. Some props do seem tighter than others. One thing I've used in a pinch is an old screwdriver upside down....place the plastic/rubber end on the hub and hammer the flathead end....I know there's better tools but it works.
