Cardinal Spray Paint Source?

Normally I’m damn good at finding a source for stuff I want.... I can’t find this stuff anywhere.

I got this can from the guy who did a custom wrought iron gate for me.... by the time he was done and leaving.... he was so pissed, and rude and I didn’t even create the problems HE DID.
I could have avoided the problems with a signed contract/invoice explaining the work... that’s on me.... but I trusted him and the handshake. My bad.
Sssoooo I know if I call him he won’t help because he mentioned to me when he handed this to me, you can’t get this stuff... it’s for professionals only.... oh how I wanted to say.. then how the F did you get it?
Any how... any help on a source?

Any powder coating shop can order it for you.

Some paint shops still make their own cans, kind of a loop hole in getting enamel in CA. This place below is where I had some made a few years ago.

You can get some at a powdercoat shop.

I believe it’s just catalized (spelling?) spray paint. I’ve bought it from Drew Carriage in Ontario. Any professional auto body paint supply place should be able to make you some in any color you want. I wasn’t aware of powder coat shops having it.
